Booking & Meeting Terms
All paid strategy calls and consulting sessions are non-refundable. If you are late, your session will still end at the scheduled time. Cancellations or no-shows waive the session fee entirely. For complimentary calls, you suffer no financial loss, but missed sessions may limit your ability to book future slots. We respect your time and ask for the same in return. All scheduling changes require at least 48 hours' notice to ensure we can maintain our high service levels.

Branding Policy

You may use our guides for internal business improvement but cannot resell or distribute them as your own. We take our brand integrity seriously and will take action against unauthorized usage of our company name.
